Our equipment here at Supershape trim and tone centre is second to none. We have over 120 pieces of fitness equipment plus free weights. Thats more than all of the other fitness centres around the border area put together. Many of pieces of equipment are unique to Supershape and are optimised to give you the best workout and to target each specific area. With so many pieces of equipment there is no waiting around to get on a machine and you will never get bored. Here are just a few of our many pieces, broken up into each section of the gym.

Supershape trim and tone centre has more Nautilus equipment than any other gym in Australia and is suited to people requiring fitness, toning or rehabilitation without bulking up the muscles.
Supershape has two complete Nautilus circuits arranged in a time efficient sequence to guarantee a total workout on the finest fitness equipment in the world.

An independent leg workout and very easy
on the knees.

Targets the latissimus muscles independently without involving the arm muscles.
